Privacy Policy.
How we collect, use, share and protect your information — and the rights you have.
Last updated: June 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Linxio AI (“Linxio AI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit linxio.ai, contact us, or use our platform and related services (the “Service”). For the data described here, Linxio AI — operated by AVA HIVE, a company based in Hong Kong — acts as the data controller. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact privacy@linxio.ai.
1. Who we are
Linxio AI provides an all-in-one AI business platform. This policy covers our public websites and marketing forms. Personal data you process about your own customers inside the product is governed by our customer agreement and Data Processing Agreement (DPA), under which we act as a processor on your behalf.
2. Information we collect
- Identity & contact data — name, work email, company, phone and similar details you submit through our forms.
- Account & service data — information generated as you use the Service, such as contacts, messages, automations and settings you create.
- Payment data — billing details and transaction records, handled by our payment processors (we do not store full card numbers).
- Technical & usage data — IP address, device, browser, pages viewed and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).
- Communications — the content of messages you send us for support or sales.
3. How we use your information — and our legal bases
Under the GDPR, Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and similar laws, we process personal data only where we have a legal basis to do so:
- To provide the Service — accounts, support and payments. Basis: performance of a contract.
- To run and improve our business — analytics, security, fraud prevention and product improvement. Basis: our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
- Marketing & advertising — sending updates, measuring our marketing and showing relevant ads. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time — or, for existing customers, our legitimate interest.
- Legal & compliance — meeting tax, accounting and other legal obligations. Basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
4. Cookies & tracking technologies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, grouped as follows:
- Strictly necessary — needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice and theme. These require no consent and cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic measurement that does not identify you individually.
- Advertising & marketing — the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies (such as
_fbp) to measure our advertising and build audiences. It loads only after you accept via our cookie banner.
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit; declining keeps the Meta Pixel and any advertising cookies switched off. You can also manage cookies in your browser and adjust your Facebook ad preferences.
5. Who we share data with
We never sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers (“sub-processors”) who help us run Linxio AI under appropriate contracts, including:
- Infrastructure & hosting — to operate the platform and websites.
- Communication & email — Google (Workspace) and our transactional email provider, to receive and send messages.
- Analytics & advertising — Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook Pixel), where you have consented.
- Payments — our payment processors, to handle subscriptions and invoices.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
6. International data transfers
Linxio AI is used in 70+ countries, so your information may be processed outside your country or the EEA, including in the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: for the life of your account and a reasonable period afterwards, or longer where required to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected or updated;
- have it deleted (the “right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@linxio.ai — we respond within the time limits set by applicable law (usually one month). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (for example, the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD) in Hong Kong, the CNIL in France, or your national supervisory authority in the EEA).
9. Automated decisions & AI
Our platform includes AI features that help automate conversations, content and workflows. We do not use them to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement. Where automated processing is involved, you can request human review by contacting us.
10. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures — encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging and independent testing — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data. Learn more on our Security page.
11. Children’s privacy
Linxio AI is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date; we will communicate material changes where appropriate.
